Visa requirements
Delegates must possess a valid passport to enter Turkey. It’s important for each delegate to confirm his/her individual travel and entry requirements before departing to Turkey. The list of countries for which Turkey requires a visa can be found at:

Delegates registering for the Summit should indicate on the registration form the details of the passports and documents with which they will be traveling to Turkey.
Kindly be informed that you can obtain Turkish Visa in advance from the Turkish Embassy in your country or at the passport counters reserved for summit participants at the İstanbul Airport , easily and free of charge with the confirmation letter that will be sent to you as soon you finalize the registration procedure and your invitation letter.
Upon arrival, delegates will enjoy accelerated customs procedures at customs desks provided only for Summit participants.
In addition, upon registration confirmation, special baggage tags will be provided to ensure that delegates’ luggage can be readily identified and the delegates can enjoy accelerated customs procedures.
Arrival at the airport and Transport to hotels
The host city will set up a Welcome Desk at VIP, İstanbul International Atatürk Airport to welcome delegates, facilitate their transport to hotels and the Summit Venue, and provide the delegates with general information .
Upon arrival, all delegates will be welcomed at the airport and driven to their hotels. Upon departure, delegates will be taken from their hotels to the airport.
Procedures on arrival
On-site registration for delegates attending the Summit will take place at Hilton Convention Center (Upper Level) starting at 12:00 on Thursday, April 12th, at 09:00 on Friday, April 13th and Saturday, April 14th. Upon registration, delegates will receive their ID badges, and a list of participants and related materials, together with a token allowing them to withdraw a wireless head-set.
Transport to/from hotels and the Summit Venue
Throughout the Summit and during the social events, a courtesy shuttle bus will operate between the recommended hotels and the Summit Venue. |
