Press Room:
The Press Room will be run by staff of the Summit Secretariat.
Opening and closing hours for the Press Room will be:

Press Conferences
All Press Conferences will be carried out within the Summit Venue
Electrical appliances
In Turkey, C and F types of plugs/sockets are used with 220 Voltage and 50 Hz frequency. You may need converter for voltage and socket differences.
Program
The final program of the sessions will be provided upon registration. Only registered press members will be allowed to follow the Plenary Session on April 13 th , 2007 and the Closing Session on April 14 th ,2007 at Hilton Convention Center, Upper Level (Summit Venue); and to follow the social program during the Summit.
Accommodation
All accommodation-related expenses and arrangements is the responsibility of each press member. The hotels listed below, in front of which shuttle buses will be taking off during the summit, may be preferred.

It is necessary for the press members to complete their accommodation arrngements as soon as possible, without falling behind the deadline of April 02nd, 2007. After the deadline, the Summit Secretariat may not guarantee room availability.
Transportation
Please consult the closest Turkish Embassy or Consulate to get information on visa requirements. Press Members are recommended to manage their traveling between the airport and different locations in the city by themselves. Shuttle buses will depart from the hotels where members of major press companies are staying.
